Sometimes, when we are tired, we don't feel tired. We experience exhaustion as irritability. Some of us feel hungry when what we really need is sleep. We are similarly prone to misinterpret thirst. Our body may be crying out for water yet we only notice a headache. If we can't understand ourselves accurately, what hope do we have of ever understanding each other? just need to follow your inner satnav to the destination you already programmed in some while ago. Stop thinking, wondering and questioning.The best things in life are always simple and easy. But sometimes, when we sit down and try to work out what the most simple and easy thing to do must be, life can end up getting strangely complicated and difficult!
