PURPOSE OF LIFE

It is always easier to put something right when you are sure of what is wrong. Often, we try to apply temporary solutions to permanent problems. We do what we feel will make a situation seem better but we may be merely alleviating the symptom of a malaise or even aggravating the cause.We are all, to some extent, creatures of time. Our souls and spirits may be eternal but our physical forms don't last for long. We arrive here, we hang about for a while, then we depart. This may be a fact that we find unnerving but a subtle awareness of this truth informs our every action and decision. We also tend to assume that time is fixed, that we have no control over it and that it has a tendency to work against us. A more optimistic view may yet give rise to a most pleasing development
