YOU GET BACK WHAT YOU GIVE

 Why we seemingly invite negative moods or stressful experiences into our lives. It is almost as if we punish ourselves.Make amends and you can make a difference, vastly improving the here and now of your heart.
People, it seems, get addicted to drama.When the mist of an intense mood descends, we may be waiting a long time till the sunshine of new hope helps clear it away.


You can't rise above every irritation. But you can try. . We don't want to end up holding back our feelings till they develop steam in the pressure cooker of our heart and then cause our inner lid to blow. We must be higher, wiser, calmer, more mindful and more enlightened.
