When you plant a tiny seed and water it, you can watch it grow into a most magnificent plant. All it takes is time and patience. A seed! Even the most talented gardeners don't produce something out of nothing. They work with 'next to nothing', which is crucially different. With that in mind, let us consider a current, mooted, solution to a problem. It isn't instant. It won't do much to relieve pressure in the short-term but the long-term will be here soon enough, and you will be ready for it if you apply this idea.
