Unfortunately, you do not live in a world that makes much allowance for people with such concentration. Your chores and duties must be honoured. Plus there are social and domestic pressures. Key people want your time. You keep seeing this as an unwelcome distraction. You may not realise it, but you have a big influence on a lot of people. They are taking you very seriously. They may not be responding in precisely the way you wish they would. But they are certainly not ignoring you.
