We are living on earth planet where all are alike,everybody is yearning for love,appreciation success-everything is common,here we stand unite!
We feel bad when our all efforts go. unnoticed,we resent and depressed sometimes feel anxiety and become moody,why? because we all need appreciation.
It is hard time but remind yourself whatever you are doing is for yourself,it is not selfish thought because then you do harder to feel you good and do not expect anything from others.
Say I am doing it for myself.Your inner satisfaction will be your reward. Loving self is not a bad thing so love self and do the best or self,it is the only way to spread positivity around you. But there is great difference between loving self and being selfish. Be selfish for greater social welfare not for self centredness.
Appreciate what others do for you. This erases resentment when you feel grateful for what others are doing. Most important thing is when you do what is expected of you it is reliability,and hard truth is that when you do not lose your temper and do what is expected of you people will overlook your efforts.
