What do you value? Where do your priorities lie? You may feel you can give a clear answer to such questions but much depends on your circumstances. We none of us really know ourselves until we get put to the test. Often too, just like anxious students, once we have been tested, we end up fearing that we have failed. We judge ourselves on the basis of insufficient evidence or unrealistic expectation. Change begins with a decision to value yourself.
