LIFE IS IN LIVING

As we already know,life is in living.God has given gift of life unasked that is why He has  loaded us with other beautiful gifts to compensate it.We have a complaint dairy only ,no compliments.GOD  has given us free choice to pick things of our own choice.We choose and face all related results,then we turn to sprituality to get rid of tensions created by self and not knowing how to handle them. Our motivational leaders guide us to compartmentalize our daily routine tasks and lives.And we start thinking that practical life has a set of rules and regulations and spiritual life has nothing to do with it,spirituality is greatest attraction of these days.Even we have commercialized this. Spiritual leaders doing good business and confusion is again what is spirituality in fact.
For spirituality we do not have to renounce the world,SWAMI'S and gurus spend more time to research and focus on more on it,For ordinary person it would be better do everything in a spiritual way,that is before doing anything just remember god and say god I am doing it for you and not seeking results-God do as you wish, it would be good for me. Before eating just pray and offer food to god in same plate you have laid for you..It would be a spiritual act,so simple.
Bowing to people,Namskara- is to show the same respect you show the god in temples,as now you believe god is inside,residing in every living being and I am bowing to THEE.So simple act of Namaskara become an act of spirituality.Now doing acts and offering the same to god and not seeking results again become spiritual act,you have removed your sense of  I- ego.So in real sense divinity is in living each and every moment of your life,in your relations in your work, behavior and beliefs.How simple life is and we are in habit of making easy things difficult,present simple things in other way.
When you say I love god but hate so and so,you are denying god's existence,disliking god.Spiritual acts are simple but we have made it a show business because we like drama,dramatize simple events to thrill and chill.Spirituality is in doing work in such way that our single act become worship.Spirituality is better than any religion because it teach us to be a better human being first by thinking about others first and working for the welfare of all.This is summary of holy book GEETA.
Whenever you are connected to higher self,you will move from being controlled by the laws of form to living laws of Divine.As humans have unstructured bodies that are free from structure of time and space.
Our pains are  related to relationships or not coping up with changes,we try to please others,continue the dysfunctional pattern and create  pains.So shift your focus from external monitoring to self monitoring.We can not change the world or law of form but we can change self accordance to what self needs and live by new set of laws that are less binding.
Meditation and Smadhi can not be attained by wishing so,liberation means you cease to exist not out of frustration but because we have found blissful and now we want to know the very source of life.The only way to become boundless is to  destroy individuality--the non-definable state.
Samadhi is a state where you are back in mother's womb.live but lived by someone else.You have no problems in life,somebody will eats for you, provide you everything you need, you just float there.It could  be like addiction that you want to be there.in deep peace.
