All if us subjected to time matter and space and specially to factors like light,motion and mass ,natural course of existence.Our never ending craving far happiness and material goods under pressure of time further deteriorates the quality of our life,having all turns to be most intricate problem,collapses ultimately leading to degeneration,erosion and disintegration.Healing process is not easy as it need threefold effect on emotional,physical and spiritual aspects of our life.
'The mind of enlightened is neither in a state of bliss nor devoid of bliss,neither in motion nor static,neither real nor unreal but between those propositions-since it is the mental conditioning(which exist in ignorant) which determines the nature of actions,and of the experience and since it is absent in the enlightened the later is ever in bliss.His actions are non-actions.Hence he incurs neither merits nor demerit.His behaviour is like that of a child,and if he appears to be in pain he is not.He is totally unattached to this world appearance and to the actions of the mind and the senses.He does not even entertain the notion of liberation nor that of bondage.He sees the self and self alone".YOG- VISHISTA
Everybody is safe only when we trust god's existence,though no body has seen god with naked eyes,but most of us do believe in god's concept.WHEN WE ARE SOAKED IN GOD'S LOVE,we feel good.

Human needs can be divided into five segments:-psychological,safety,social,self esteem and self-actualisation.When a need is satisfied ,a need at a higher level arises to replace it and that is when the problem of identity crises starts.
Write down your problems and prayers in few words,using exact words what do you want-repeat in silently and present it to god with real tears,tears will automatically appear in front of god,or burn the paper like incense -as an offering to god-for better result.
Without desires this world would come to an end,so desires and their fulfilment is necessary to go the world run.Our desires are our need and there is everything for humans need but nothing is for human greed. Our life is play of desire game, we playing on and on this game on different modes .Without desires there is no game.We have no personal identity with desires.Rising above this game,there would be no karmic bondage,though outwardly we are still busy in normal routine of day to day activities, now we have no personal attachment with all things.
Now whatever we do ,even if we are fighting in a war,no karmic bondage because of no desire state.Now we don't feel love or hate,all is coming and going as it is way of life as described in holy book:GEETA.So shun your desire to be desire-less,do not try to be something else-do not fight with your passions-because in this process you are constantly continuously thinking about them giving them power and making your those desires powerful,again weaving a web for yourself ..Actually living life and doing what needed is karma philosophy. Direct all your energies,your desires to the highest and focus on only in one direction . Detache yourself from worldly desires,all you will get have it without passions and desires,now you are a true yogi,without going to Himalayas.
THAT WHICH WE PERSIST IN DOING BECOMES EASIER NOT THAT THE NATURE OF TASK HAS CHANGED BUT OUR ABILITY TO DO HAS INCREASED-----R. W. EMERSON.
