 Do not indulge in dreams of having what you have not, but reckon up the chief of the blessings you do possess and then thankfully remember how you would crave for them if they were not yours.' So said Marcus Aurelius - a Roman Emperor, no less! His words today are as relevant as they were just shy of 2,000 years ago when he first said them. But these days we shorten them to 'never mind what you are lacking, just be glad of what you've got!
