How finely balanced are the pros and cons, regarding a decision? How much is balancing on a knife edge? What exactly is hanging by a thread? Could some small stray gust of wind act as a finger of fate that somehow flicks a sensitive switch and causes all that has been looking as if it is due to go one way, turn out to go another way instead?
What is more precious than platinum? What makes life even more meaningful than love? Many would say that the answer is simple and can be expressed in just one word. 'Appreciation'. When we stop to recognise how wonderful the world is, when we turn away from all that seems to be so wrong and give thanks for all else that is clearly so right, it is as if we begin to weave a very special kind of magic. The universe notices us noticing it, and starts to fix things in our favour
Hate anger and resentment are the most self destructive. These feelings change our hearts and minds. We must learn that we do not have to be angry just because we have the right to be. We have the ability to forgive people, not as a gift to them, but as a gift to our self. As Benjamin Franklin said, 'Whatever is begun in anger ends in shame.' Mihajlo
