So we are one.This is the essence of our existence.Instead of living richer and fuller lives we tend to see our cup half empty and never see the brighter side that we still have capacity to have some more in our cup. We are here to share,care and enjoy whatever is in our lot.Grass on the other side always look more greener,so what others have we should have in our possession,is our thought.

Our existence is important for us if we die what is the use of all what we have gathered all of our life.Save self from jealousy, hate ,anger etc.Learn your lesson on daily basis, Some people are born happy. No matter what their circumstances are they are joyous, content and satisfied with everything. They carry a perpetual holiday in their eye and see joy and beauty everywhere. When we meet them they impress us as just having met with some good luck, or that they have some good news to tell you. Like the bees that extract honey from every flower, they have a happy alchemy which transmutes even gloom into sunshine. In the sick room they are better than the physician and more potent than drugs. All doors .open to these people. They are welcome everywhere.Be like those person.
People when they have felt earth, its riches and power slipping from their grasp, have shown plainly that deep down in their hearts they value such things at naught when really compared with the blessed light of life, the stars and flowers, the companionship of friends, and far above all else, the opportunity of growth and development here and of preparation for future life..
King Midas, in the ancient myth, asked that everything he touched might be turned to gold, for then, he thought, he would be perfectly happy. His request was granted, but when his clothes, his food, his drink, the flowers he plucked, and even his little daughter, whom he kissed, were all changed into yellow metal, he begged that the Golden Touch might be taken from him. He had learned that many other things are intrinsically far more valuable than all the gold that was ever dug from the earth. This story is not only of King Midas,but to all of us. We beg this or that from god and never find peace and happiness because all of us searching where it do not exists.

So remake this picture.Sit comfortably anywhere you like.Take few long breaths and watch your breathing system.This way we will settle down our disturbed thoughts.After few minutes you will be as fresh as a flower in your garden.Then recall your happy moment spend together,some heart touching incidents to cheer you up.Now you are ready to join your outer world.Most important thing is you have to be honest with yourself at least. Admit if other person has done this or that ,you have been doing in the same way,following same path.Withdraw your expectation to renew your relations.Our expectation are our real enemy within Kill this enemy and make this world worth living and it would be our contribution to make this world worth living.
