Sharing whatever we have is our basic nature. We must share what is good and beneficial for all. Up gradation of our state specially mental and emotional state is need of the hour as everybody is confused and seeking pure love,contributing nothing. What we want is clear to us and what we are giving is main issue.
Transformation of positive thoughts would be greatest contribution at present,if you succeeded in framing new positive frames of minds around you.
We have forgotten how we can attain joy and blissful state because we are attached to the body. Actually we are actors when we are in this body.But we are so involved in the character that we forget our real nature and if we work without involving self in character-knowing we are soul far away from moods,fears and diseases,soul is not a woman or man. In the divine joy of the soul the consciousness of sex is entirely lost. Nothing god has created sinful it is our human wrong thoughts and misuse of potentials god has given to us.If you succeeded in connected self with divinity,you need not worldly things though you have to perform all  your duties but with a sense of detachment and connected with god, inwardly thinking god and I are one.To connect self with god is worship,meditation or a ritual we must perform daily.
Introspection is knowing self and re-establishing our connection with god.As picture is a beam of light passing through a film,our body is a picture and beam of light- is creative light of god. If light has gone our body would be of no use. Simple,try to understand this!
All the restlessness,sufferings and  moods resulted only when we are lost in world.Open the door of realization.
