FEEL GOOD




Some people are only happy when they are unhappy. Some things only seem right when they are wrong. We all dream of perfect lives and stress-free futures. In reality, though, what we mean is that we want to strike a balance that we find enjoyably acceptable. We all diligently guard against forces and factors that want to spoil our fun and undermine our security. Yet some of our greatest enemies and opponents are not people conspiring to hold us back or organisations attempting to overcharge us. They are simply emotions and anxieties that exist within our own hearts. When we pay too much attention to our own ability to become upset or aggravated, we work against our own best interests.  Make your mins cleaner flexible and creative to pull you out of your usual habits and give you a different perspective and put you in situations that will demand your resourcefulness. All these exercises need to come out of comfort zone to face real life situations. Then you will try new things,explore and experiments.



  

 
 Splendid Truth is to be happy, you must think about feeling good, feeling bad, and feeling right, in an atmosphere of growth.) People who have novel experiences are happier than those who stay in a rut. Along with novelty, challenge, and growth, this project combines many resolutions: “Spend time with friends,” “Show up,” “Indulge in a modest splurge,” “Read at whim,” “Appreciate the seasons and this time of life,” Novelty and challenges makes  us uncomfortable and frustrated or uneasy.Which may be- when explored are keys to happiness! Which demand our total attention,resourcefulness and creativity in trying new things. May it be a positive or negative experience,learning experience makes us happier. Otherwise life is a cycle where success and failures followed by happiness or frustration,anxiety,confusion and annoyance along with atmosphere of growth. So accept the challenges  BE BRAVE!
