Every time we turn on the TV, we see people telling us what we need, what we want or what we ought to need and want! They do it in the ad breaks. They do it in the shows. They do it by example, by inference - or by proclamation. The magazines carry much the same message - as do the storefronts and the signs, high above the roads.
