We all make plans and we all find, sooner or later, that some of those plans can't be easily executed. Is that because there is something wrong with our capacity to think strategically? Or is it simply the nature of the universe? Perhaps nobody, no matter how great their powers of observation and analysis, can consistently get round the unpredictability of the universe.
