We all have moments when we feel as if our abilities have deserted us and our insights have evaporated. We all know what it's like to peer hopelessly out at the world through a fog of fear or confusion. We also know, though, how it feels to be 'on form', 'at the top of our game' and 'in our element'. Such moments occur in all our lives from time to time - and, when they do, they make up for an awful lot of frustration. But  you can alter your view of a worrying situation. At the moment, one factor is so obvious to you that you can hardly see anything else. Every time you try to look at a more subtle, more hopeful aspect of a complex matter, you are almost dazzled by the pressing nature of a particular concern.
