Sometimes, we get so caught up in the pressures of daily life that we lose all sense of direction and purpose. It begins to seem as if we are lurching from one crisis to the next or as if the best we can hope for is an ability to keep our heads above water. If you are tempted to nod in profound agreement with all that I have just said, don't! For one thing, you need to keep your head still while you're trying to float and, for another, the observations above describe your past, not your future.
In a crucial situation, there's a clear lack of strong leadership. Someone is out of his or her depth. You can see this, but you still feel reluctant to stick your head above the parapet. People who volunteer for positions of responsibility frequently don't realise, until it's all too late, what they have let themselves in for. But where something precious is under threat, a person who truly cares has to be prepared to step forward. You were born to be strong. And you now have the power to make a real difference. Sometimes, you have to run as fast as you can just to stay in the same place. And sometimes you don't. You just think you do. You just get used to struggling. Watch for that now One minute you'll find yourself wrestling with some exhausting, expensive, exercise. The next, you'll find things have somehow, sorted themselves out. All is calm, clear and comfortable once more. Or at least, that's what you'll find if you look. If you don't look, and just assume you've still got trouble, trouble is what you will keep having! IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU BELIEVE,TRUST IT!
They lurk in every crack and crevice. They dwell in dark places and they wait until our backs are turned. Then, just when we don't expect it, they strike, speedily and mercilessly. What are we talking about? Doubts, of course! Fears. Concerns. Misgivings. Not the genuine, reasonable, uncertainties that we always identify when considering a fresh proposition. We're talking here about groundless, recurring, worries. Rise above all doubts and confusions to excel.
