Sometimes you may simply find yourself being very busy as you rise to a number of challenges. Successfully, of course! Not because something bad is going to happen. It doesn't even imply a time of aggravation or frustration So, if you are hoping for a quiet, uneventful, ordinary time, you are unlikely to get one. There's there too much going on? Are you beginning to feel a little swamped or overwhelmed? Are you less than confident about the events ahead, in fear of ending up with too much on your plate and insufficient support?  The best I can offer is an ability to reduce pressure by letting yourself off the hook and paying less attention to some of the greatest apparent causes of stress. They won't leave you alone, but you can step back from them. And that will prove to be all you need to do.They say that we don't appreciate what we've got, until we haven't got it any more. That's not just true of the things in life that we ought to be glad of. It is true too, of problematic situations and tense relationships. Often, we don't fully realise what they are taking out of us, until we are free from them. It is only when we look back that we think, 'Oh my goodness, how did I ever cope with that?' To some extent, this week, you are having a delayed reaction to a set of circumstances that actually belong to the past.
