The pressure of modern life causes us all to see the value of efficiency. We are forever looking for ways to save time or to score several bull's eyes with one arrow. Yet there comes a point past which we know it is wrong to go. We must not cut too many corners and we certainly should not place expedience before excellence. The quest for the ideal balance occupies us all to some extent.Very often we say what we feel. But that doesn't mean we are impolite and sometimes we disguise our emotions if we fear that they will cause someone offence, just so long as you care enough about them to justify such sensitivity.

What will you do if you know what's good for you? You will clarify that you really do know what's good for you! The world is full of people who don't really know what they need. They make assumptions based on what they fancy or what they imagine they might benefit from. Or maybe, even on what it seems as if they might be likely to get.
And what happens when you don't know what you feel? You don't candidly proclaim your state of uncertainty. Indeed, sometimes you announce what you think you ought to feel and such statements are often hard to retract. It is human nature. That's why we need  to balance our mind by following spirituality. Because spirituality is not a religion-its's only a way or method to keep balance of mind and heart. When there is balance of mind and heart we take wise decision and enjoy peace and happiness.
