Creativity is wonderful stuff. It picks us up, turns us around, surprises us and inspires us. We often speak of 'creative types' as if they were a world apart, but even if we aren't all writers or designers, we are born to be creative. It is a need within us, as powerful and as real as the need to sleep and to eat. So where is the outlet for your imagination? Are you conjuring up unnecessary fears just to keep the inventive side of your brain busy? Look instead for a brilliant new way to go forward,Think of your fear as a wound that is slowly healing but producing a terrible itch. It's not a good idea to scratch it. In the absence of sufficient self-control, you should cover it with a plaster. Put a barrier between yourself and the irritating thing - or factor - or person. Steer clear. Create distance. Fight that urge to keep peering into (and poking around) in some scenario that makes you restless, time needs to pass - and you need a better way to pass time while time passes! Focus on something inspiring,
