This really is such a powerful thing. it is, of course, very natural for us to feel reluctant about bestowing this gift on the people around us. We may be happy enough to forgive the folk who don't need to be forgiven but we are blowed if we are going to share it with those who have offended us! Yet we ALL have it within - power to transform a tense situation and gain immensely in the process.
