Where would we be without our fears? And even if we could somehow learn how to cope without them, what about our resentments? Surely, if we were to rise above these, there would be a yawning chasm at the heart of our existence. How would we justify all our bad habits and daft decisions? On what could we then pin the blame for our pain? So perhaps it is best if we don't evolve. Just let the bad times come rolling on in; at least we know what to do with them.People worry, perhaps more than they ought to about wasting their own - or each other's - time. We all hate to feel that we may have done this or worse, that we might be doing it right now. Yet, in worrying about wasting our time, what are we really doing? Wasting our time! Time spent worrying is always wasted. And time spent attempting to measure the efficacy, or otherwise, of any course of action is wasted too. There is only one way to be sure you are doing the right thing for yourself and those around you now. Relax!
