Two wrongs never make a right. We all instinctively understand this. We don't even need to have it taught to us. It is just so obvious. Yet how often do we hear people justifying bad behaviour with phrases like, 'Well, they deserve this after what they did.' Or, 'What I'm doing now, isn't half as bad as what so-and-so has done.' These so-called excuses don't actually excuse anything. Shouldn't everything in your life be happening in accordance with the highest possible standard? You have the power to set this and stick to it.when you are not even sure what would constitute a 'good' or a 'bad' day? Sometimes we can benefit from seemingly undesirable developments. Sometimes too, things can pan out exactly as we hope they might, yet we still don't gain the satisfaction we were hoping for. Our preconceived ideas can sometimes stand in the way of our brightest opportunities. Let today's events open your eyes to a possibility that you have not considered up until now.Why does the world sometimes seem so harsh and unfair? What explanation can there be for all the injustice and unhappiness? Do we deliberately go out of our way to make each other's lives miserable? Do the forces of nature conspire to create as much deprivation as they can? There may be odd occasions when people behave badly, just as there are times when terrible weather patterns prevail. But the cosmos is benign. The very act of thinking kind, positive thoughts today will help you attract encouraging assistance.
