Some people get along splendidly. Other relationships are somewhat more strained. Most of us naturally shy away from the idea of striving to improve those more unsatisfactory lines of communication. It is so much easier just to enjoy the company of our friends and to be dismissive of the folk who don't seem to be so friendly towards us. But if you now really want to fix a problem, heal a wound and change a prospect, you need to start exploring that trickier territory.
