Too often, we say what it is easy to say. We say what we think people want to hear. Or we say what we think we ought to be saying. We get so good at meeting expectations that we forget our true needs and feelings. Who cares, as long as we are playing to an appreciative audience. Yet, you are not an actor now, and you cannot keep up a pretence much longer. The trouble is, you feel that your secret aspiration is unreasonable or unrealistic. You fear that if you confess it, you will get little support. Be brave.
