Emotional life's problems can be tacked by your own brave decisions thereby you can remove whatever itching or irritations. Emotional  life has great impact so sometimes emotions overpower you and take more than you expect, they might do. Your regrets can be turn into rewards by your own efforts, to have real understanding and meaningful relationship only words can do wonder .We spend a lot of time speaking to each other, and almost (though not quite) as much time listening. But true communication remains rare. How much of an understanding do you have with  your loved ones depends on what we say.
We are all of us easily irritated. We may consider ourselves to be calm, measured and mellow. But sooner or later, someone or something will fill us with fury. Whenever passions run high, decisions are made without true regard to affordability or implication. You now have a chance to step back from a decision that was reached in a moment of madness. Don't let pride or false fear stand in your way. An amazingly constructive healing process can soon begin. Don't worry about what the future holds.
Life, some people say, is too short to drink bad wine. But mainly, the folk who say this are the ones who work for the marketing department of expensive wineries! And just how short is life anyhow? Well, it's long enough to get bored or disillusioned or depressed within. That's why the really crucial statement that needs to be made is not about wine; it's about wisdom. Life is too short to take anything seriously. Let go of what upsets you and everything in your personal and emotional life will rapidly start to get better.
The planet we live on spins like a top. It's a roundabout ride or even - bearing in mind that, as the Earth spins, it travels round the sky'. A wheel within a wheel. No wonder we get dizzy sometimes. We can't 'stop the world' but we can fix the motion sickness by finding the centre of our inner-world. Deep in your heart there is a source of tranquillity and stability. Draw a breath. Put down your anxiety and your fear for a moment.
Some things matter more than money, status, or even pleasure. Recent events have inspired you to start thinking deeper thoughts and explore wiser ideas. You are also growing keen to make sure justice is done. If an unsatisfactory matter isn't put right, it will be on your conscience a long time. The fact that a problem is not your fault is neither here nor there. You know you can do something positive. What else do you need to know? The more you help someone else become happier, the happier you'll get too.
Why are you putting up with you-know-what? Is it truly crucial? Or have you been talked into making a move that you may long regret? These are the questions you are asking yourself now, expecting some rather sorry answers. Yet, though your concern is understandable, it is misplaced. You have not made some dreadful error. You have correctly appraised a set of confusing options. Your logic is sound, your choice is wise and your route from here to a happier future is assured. All you have to do is resolve not to worry.
You don't have to be afraid of anything or anyone. So what's niggling away at your composure and confidence? Who has the power to threaten you? Nobody, other than yourself. A part of you is unsettled. That's the only reason you are vulnerable. Don't waste time trying to right wrongs in the outer world. Work on the part of your inner world that's out of alignment. Set your mind at rest. Change a bad memory. See the positive side of the past. Then you'll see what's so potentially wonderful about your present and future
