Sometimes whispers can be louder than fanfares, especially in a world where we have all learned to filter out the adverts that constantly bombard us from screens. We can choose whether or not to notice a message on a giant billboard but how can we ignore words that are murmured subtly yet persuasively in our ears by people whose voices have become so very familiar? Yet, can you truly trust what you are now hearing about a certain person or situation? And is it really fair to jump to judgement.Short of money? No problem! Buy a lottery ticket. Then, with the winnings, buy some more. There is just one thing wrong with that plan. It isn't quite so simple! If lotteries paid out that well and that regularly, nobody would want to run them. The large corporations that profit from such enterprises are fully aware of the miserable odds that work against their customers. Just briefly, you need to be as hard-headed about a factor that you keep seeing through the soft-focus lens of a wistful wish.
It has taken you a long while to understand how particular processes work. There are some areas in which your knowledge is truly unrivalled. You almost take the amount that you know for granted. Then, once in a while, you hear other people talking on the same topic and your ears prick up. Are they experts too? Their tone of voice may convey confidence but the content of their conversation betrays woeful ignorance and blind supposition. Tactfully, but determinedly, rise above such distractions.
