How far away is tomorrow? It is as near as ever it was. And as elusive. There is a lot of truth in that old adage that, 'Tomorrow never comes.' As soon as it gets here, it becomes today. But if you stop to think about how your life has changed, it becomes fairly clear that at some point, perhaps when you weren't looking, tomorrow really did catch up with you. It took up residence in your life. It didn't so much say, 'Here I am.' As, 'Here you are, living in me!' You are about to see proof that those changes have been very good for you.
When people find themselves obliged to make unpopular statements, they usually try to sugar the pill. If, for example, a criticism needs to be articulated, it may be best to preface it with praise and then follow it up with another compliment. For the person being spoken to, this makes it harder to make an immediate objection. Now, what are you honour-bound to communicate? Better to expend a little energy finding a good way to say it, than to expend a lot of energy dealing with the consequences of saying it tactlessly.Everybody has different personalities so its important to  maintain yours. It is not worth to hormonize things person or situations which are not compatible.
There is now quite a long list of things that you seemingly can't do - or mustn't do - or mustn't even think about doing. Whilst it may be very wise to respect these restrictions, it is unhealthy to dwell on them to the point where you start to resent them. Somehow, you need to focus on what remains possible, on what may be permissible or on what options are open to you, despite those various closed doors. That's not just a technique for helping you to feel better; it is the only viable route to greater freedom.
You haven't got an opponent. But you may be dealing with someone who isn't yet entirely convinced about what you have to offer or why you matter so much. Through the choices you make and the actions you take, you could influence their attitude. Mounting a charm offensive is like embarking on any other great campaign. It requires commitment and patience. And charm alone may not be quite enough. You may also have to demonstrate your natural aptitude for a particular task. But it can all be done.
