If an atmosphere is neutral, it will respond well to the slightest injection of positivity. Hopes will be raised, bright ideas will be exchanged and enthusiasm will be shared. And if someone wants to spoil that happy mood? They will have to work very hard. An event must be extremely negative before it becomes strong enough to counteract a lot of positivity. But then, we often need to hear a lot of good news before we feel that it has started to chase away gloom. You can transform a situation now. But only if you work hard.
How do you know what someone else is thinking? How do they know what you are thinking? You may think you know. They may think they know. But sometimes, there can be a world of difference between what we know and what we think we know. And, for as long as we think that what we know is what we really know, we cannot really know what needs to be known because we cannot see past what we think. In an area of your life now, where you need clear communication, there is confusion arising from assumption.
