Rulebooks are written for people who like having rules to follow. There is no rule to say that rules can't be rewritten. Generally, though, the best way to pioneer a change of that nature is to learn the existing rules, apply them with diligence, gain the respect of those who see those rules as beyond all question... and then start gently encouraging people to question them, you have been starting to see new possibilities. You're not having a flight of fancy; you're discovering a whole new realm. Stay at it.Some things are worth taking a risk for. How much of a risk?  Powerful temptations present themselves. Not all temptations are bad. It may be very appropriate for you to push at the limits of your luck as long as you have a good enough reason for doing so. Good reason? Bad reason?See the difference. That's something you have to decide for yourself. But as long as you are comfortable in the deepest part of your conscience all will be well.
