In real life situations acting with integrity trust,respect,honesty and teamwork all stated values and codes of conduct because there is no substitute of common sense to find out crucial issues that require cautions as preventions. Though right answers require insights, environmental protections and social responsibilities. You can't have rights without duties.These are called codes of conduct which sets minimum standards of acceptable behavior. Still it do not cover every issue. What we may or what we may not do,you have to decide and only own good judgment will be your guide for ever.Do not waste your energy in fighting,but wait without forcing destiny's hands. If you learn how to adapt yourself to the situation in hand,by coming to an agreement you will obtain great well-being and success.
