Is the ability to seek out good fortune a talent that some of us are born with? If so, that's unfair. The creator of this cosmos is surely kind and just, so an ability to surf the sea of serendipity must be something anyone can develop. Indeed they can. And anyone too, can get in the way of this process through pessimism. When we don't think things can work out well, we effectively issue a self-fulfilling prophecy. Stay away from negative thoughts now. Dream happy dreams and you'll have happy days.Who are you afraid of? Why are you afraid of them? And while we're on the topic of anxieties, what are the factors and circumstances that most unnerve you? What would you feel most insecure without? Be careful how you answer. Often, even the bravest folk protect themselves by adopting two 'shields'. The one they are willing to sacrifice protects the one they can never drop; the one that protects the most precious thing in your world is safe. Why worry about the rest?
