'More haste, less speed.' That's what some say. Their point, which is reasonable enough, is that you will go further, faster, if you stop first and think and then proceed at a steady pace. But sometimes we have to have lightning fast reactions. We need to make our move in a matter of moments or risk missing our chance forever. There's absolutely no need in your life now, for panic, pressure, stress or anxiety. But Sometimes, things can't happen. They ought to be able to. There's no logical reason for their failure. It's just that events seemingly conspire to prohibit certain processes. At such times, we can refuse to be daunted and determine to redouble our efforts or shrug our shoulders and accept that perhaps, this is not the right time. What we should never do, though, is resent an impediment.
